Andrew has extensive experience as an audience development and cultural placemaking specialist in the arts, heritage, and cultural tourism sectors across the UK. In 2012 he co-founded Creative Tourist, and now CTConsults. Prior to establishing his consultancy practice, Andrew led the audience, research and marketing teams at National Museums Liverpool and the National Science and Media Museum. He mentored Visits Unlimited, was a trustee of the FutureEverything, and a founding director of British Ceramics Biennial in Stoke-on-Trent - helping to deliver a shortlisted UK City of Culture bid along the way.

Amy specialises in cultural strategy and placemaking using her deep expertise in leading research, investment and regeneration programmes across the UK. Before co-founding  CTConsults, Amy was a consultant with Creative Tourist for five years. Prior, she was Cultural Economy Development Manager at Cheshire East Council, where she led the development of the Crewe Cultural Strategy and secured multi-million-pound investments for new cultural infrastructure. Amy holds a Master's degree in Applied Theatre and Cultural Policy, is a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management, and a Director of Place for Youth CIC.
