Eleanor Higgins

Eleanor is a data and systems specialist with a background in venue marketing, ticketing and CRM. She spent over 15 years at the Royal Exchange Theatre and The Bridgewater Hall, developing deep expertise in audience strategy and CRM system administration, before moving into broader data and digital transformation roles across the cultural, tourism and commercial sectors.

As Data Lead at CTConsults, she supports both the internal team and clients in building scalable reporting systems, improving data structures and getting more value from their digital tools. Her work spans analytics, cloud infrastructure and systems development, with a focus on creating insight-driven reporting models. Eleanor has supported hundreds of tourism businesses to improve their reporting and operations through Fáilte Ireland’s Digital That Delivers programme. She brings a thoughtful and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a particular interest in how people, systems and data come together to support better decision-making.
