As our Digital Transformation Programme Lead, Brad provides over 15 years’ experience in delivering digital and operational transformation, omni-channel solutions, process improvement, leadership, and mentoring, in the customer service and travel and tourism sector. Through compassion and simplicity, Brad has driven and successfully introduced large scale transformation across a number of small and large scale businesses.
Brad is also our resident Mental Health First Aider, and works alongside his colleagues and customers to ensure a nurturing and supportive working environment.
