We drive transformation and build culture, tourism and place by bringing together the capabilities needed to help destinations and partnerships be more visible, grow and thrive. We help clients harness the power of data, capitalise on new technology to support their business objectives, create high performing customer journeys and experiences, develop digital skills and digitally minded organisation cultures.
We do this through working on projects – typically with destinations, and their place partners, rather than with individual clients.
With significant new projects under our belt we are now realising our ambition to build a cultural tourism digital transformation team – and to do it quickly.
You will find yourself working on a range of high-profile transformation projects including:
If you are interested in the worlds of culture, destination marketing, travel and tourism, we believe we can offer really exciting new opportunities, where you will be stretched, stimulated and rewarded, knowing that you are making a real difference to sector recovery and sustainability.
We are starting by recruiting for 3 key posts –
Digital Consultant – you will be knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about digital and its power to transform business. You will have plenty of hands-on experience, but be ready and capable to move into a more strategic, consultancy role if not already doing that.
You will be a curious, innovative thinker, who will quickly grasp the issues/digital solutions for the cultural and tourism sectors – and who can also communicate clearly and persuasively, helping clients understand and do things which they are unfamiliar with and may lack confidence in.
You will be used to working directly with clients, applying and sharing your knowledge of digital disciplines for building consumer engagement and driving conversion to goals through analytics and insights; CRM & online ticketing; digital marketing; website development, functionality and performance; content development, distribution and channel management.
You will help us evolve our models, platforms and projects – and champion them with new and existing clients.
Salary £30-35k – genuine range depending on experience and qualifications
CRM Manager – you will play a key role in our digital transformation projects by bringing your technical CRM skills and experience to the team.
You will have hands-on technical experience, potentially gained in an environment such as managing a box office or tour operator CRM system.
You will set up and manage the CRM system for a significant 3 year tourism project and use it to track the progress of over 3000 business participants as they move through a digital transformation programme – measuring the impact of digital maturity interventions on their business performance informing the development of the programme, and shaping the transformation of an industry.
You will help us develop our evidence-based models, practices and projects involving data capture, analysis and insight.
Salary £28k-30k – genuine range depending on experience and qualifications
Project Manager – You will be central to the delivery of our client projects and help us maintain and improve our project delivery and management processes.
We will look to you as the go-to-person for all aspects of day to day delivery. You will be highly organised, responsive and task focused – and comfortable asking for the right inputs from the right people at the right time whoever they are – co-worker, supplier, client.
Project coordination skills and experience are the critical factors in this role such as project planning, escalating issues, removing roadblocks, getting tasks signed off to time and budget – and you will have successfully performed this role before on complex, multi-partner projects.
These skills can come from any background – and if you are interested in developing your career in a ‘digital direction’ then this could be a good career move, although you need to be tech savvy.
Salary £28-32k+ – genuine range depending on experience and qualifications
If you are keen to develop your skills and knowledge with us and contribute to the future direction of the cultural tourism industry then we’d like to hear from you by 12 noon on Monday 31st May.
